A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections

Own a local residential and commercial property inspection business with A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections (ABCHI). Inspectors assess accessible building systems and components and provide reports that help clients understand a property’s condition.

The owner’s work combines inspections and reporting with customer communication, business administration and the development of local referral relationships. Owners who build an inspection team remain responsible for qualified personnel, service standards and business oversight.

Training and support

The program combines technical education, required certification, supervised field training, marketing and operations instruction, and training in the designated inspection and business software. Requirements and timing vary with the candidate’s progress and applicable licensing rules.

US franchise investment

The standard initial franchise fee is US $39,900. An approved Small Market Territory has a US $29,900 initial franchise fee. The August 28, 2026 US FDD discloses an estimated initial investment of US $35,343 to $55,192 across these options. Review Item 7 for included amounts, exclusions and assumptions; a vehicle and real estate or rent are not included in that estimate.
